TUG Members and Suppliers –

The United Group Board and Staff work hard to improve our conference each year. Last year we used a special meeting attendance phone application (“App”) for suppliers so TUG can gather and track data on the number of appointments scheduled versus number attended.

The response to the “APP” was very favorable and this year we are again using the “Missed Meeting APP”.

By clicking the "I Accept" button, you acknowledge that you are aware that the meeting attendance tracking “APP” is to be used at this year's conference.

If a guest does not arrive within 10 minutes of the appointment time, the missed appointment will be noted on the supplier's phone meeting App.

The long term goal of this new process is to positively reinforce attendance and appointments and maximize meeting opportunities for our valued suppliers who support the conference.
